HMS HYDRAULIC MACHINES & SYSTEMS GROUP PLC (LSE: HMSG) (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “HMS Group”) informs you about possible cases of misinformation [and fraud] due to Internet websites containing unreliable information, confusingly similar to the names of the sites of the Company and its subsidiaries, and using the name of Joint Stock Company «HMS Group», HMS HYDRAULIC MACHINES & SYSTEMS GROUP PLC, JSC «HYDROMASHSERVICE», «Kazanсompressormash» OJSC and other industrial and commercial companies of HMS Group.
These sites contain information about products and services of HMS Group companies, their financial statements, press releases and information subject to mandatory disclosure. The information available on these sites contain misinformation and can be misleading to clients, partners and investors of HMS Group.
In order to protect the interests of clients and investors from fraudulent actions, HMS Group announces that only the following sites are the only official web-sites used by management of the Company and its subsidiaries for information disclosure and provide truthful and accurate information about HMS Group:
HMS Group announces that no other websites are created or supported by the Company and / or its subsidiaries and should be relied on for information relating to the HMS Group.
HMS Group shall not be liable for any of the information disclosed on the other sites of the Internet network, as well as for any loss or damage which may be incurred by any third parties, including customers and investors, as a result of the use of the incorrect information contained on websites, other than the ones listed above.
It should be noted that HMS Group doesn’t use any e-commerce web-sites for selling products and services of HMS Group companies and doesn’t distribute any offers for them to be sold via similar e-commerce web-sites. HMS Group shall not be liable for any information about products and services of HMS Group companies presented on such e-commerce web-sites as well as for undesirable effects caused by the use of this information.
HMS Group is currently taking steps to terminate the activities of websites that contain unreliable information about HMS Group.
