The integrated commercial company of HMS Group – JSC HYDROMASHSERVICE – has delivered a new-day block-module multiphase pump station for the Vostochno-Sarutayuskiy oilfield (the Nenets Autonomous District).

The block-module pump station has been manufactured at ZAO Nizhnevartovskremservice (HMS Group) on the basis of three multiphase pump units A6 2BB 450/ 35-400/30 having a nominal capacity of 450 m³/hour and inlet pressure of 2,5 MPa, which were specially designed and produced at the JSC HMS Livgidromash. The said equipment has been delivered to the using activity as a packaged module (it consists of two block-modules: namely, main production module and block module) in maximal factory readiness.

The pump station is intended for pumping liquids in a wide range of viscosities, and the water, gas and oil mixtures with a content of gas up to 90% by volume (amount of hydrogen sulfide in the gas of up to 2%). All pump equipment has been worked out in corrosion resistant-design with use of state-of-the-art technical decisions, thanks to which the obtainment of specified operational parameters of the whole system is ensured.
