On 26 august 2010 the JSC «Livgidromash» was renamed into OJSC «HMS Pumps». The said renaming was performed within the early period of the program for restructurization the OJSC «HMS Group», which is implemented in accordance with development strategy of the company up to 2015 year, defined in 2009.

The said renaming of the enterprise was performed within the early period of the program for restructurization the OJSC «HMS Group», which is implemented in accordance with development strategy of the company up to 2015 year, defined in 2009.
Restructurization covers rebranding of the key companies of the Group, the subsequent consolidation on their base of all productive assets, sales and engineering holdings of the Group for the purpose of creation of specialised business units in such directions, as manufacture of pumps and manufacture of the oil & gas equipment.
Creation of business units is carried out by HMS Group in order to obtain group synergism effect; as a result the manageability of each business sectors is significantly improved and operational costs are reduced. It adds additional possibilities for integration of industrial activities and for further improvement of products and services for the sake of solving the Customer's goals in the optimum and efficient way.
By special corporate resolution of the shareholders of JSC "Livgidromash" (hereinafter referred to as the Company), supported on 06.08.2010 (protocol №2020/В8 dated 06.08.2010г), the company's charter has been approved in a new version, in which provision is made for renaming the Company into the Joint Stock Company of open type "HMS Pumps" (abbreviated firm's name – OJSC "HMS Pumps"). The state registration of changes in the constituent documents of the Company was performed by Interdistrict Inspection of Federal Tax Administration №3 across the Oryol region on 26.08.2010.
In connection with the said renaming of the JSC "Livgidromash" into OJSC "HMS Pumps" the far jump from the domain livgidromash.ru was realized to the domain hms-pumps.ru.
