The companies hold the Certificates of Service centre of the Open Joint Stock Company HMS Pumps and are authorized to carry out after-sales service and post-warranty service of the products fabricated at the HMS Pumps in the territory of Russian Federation. As official regional Service centre of the HMS Pumps, the company provides all work package on maintenance service of the pumps produced at the HMS Pumps (advisory activity, diagnostics, expert examination, technical maintenance, after-sales service and post-warranty repairs, contract supervision and so on). To ensure qualitative and well-timed servicing of the Clients, the repair productions of the Service centre are furnished with necessary equipment, instrumentation and accessories diagnostic devices, qualified repair personnel having passed industrial training at the Manufacturer and certified on performance of technical support.
