Open Joint-Stock Company HMS Pumps has mastered production of new standard size of the diesel-driven pump unit (preparatory name SNP-75/100М) on the base of pumps which were included into the late-model SNP -75/100. Entered into the pump composition is a control valve that makes it possible to operate two stages of the pump in both modes of operation: serial type of operation and parallel operation. So, the operating range of the new pump unit has been considerably expanded (see below workspace (Field 1) of the unit) due to possibility of change of the rotational speed of the diesel drive. For reference, SNP -75/100 was operated at a constant rotational speed of 1700rpm of the diesel engine only.

Field 1 – nominal parameters for the serial type of operation:

- capacity Q=75l/s (270m3/hour);

- head Н=100m;

- over the range of rotational speed n=1400-1700rpm the parameters are ensured within the scope of represented field.

Field 2 – nominal parameters for the parallel operation:

- capacity Q=150l/s (540m3/hour);

- head Н=50m;

- over the range of rotational speed n=1400-1700rpm the parameters are ensured within the scope of represented field.

Power of diesel drive N max=150кW.

The reliability of the diesel drive applied on the base of the motor D-260.7С of Minskyi motornyi zavod production has been confirmed by series-produced diesel-driven pump units DNA-1D-320/50-1, DNA-1D-350/50- 2 and others.

Standard delivery set SNP-75/100M:

- diesel drive of home production on the base of motor D-260.7С;

- fuel tanks 2х200l=400l;

- gas-jet vacuum machine;

- hood for protection against precipitations;

- trailer for transporting the unit PTST-2х4 Р.

On the Customer's request the following accessories may be additionally included into the standard delivery set SNP-75/100М:

- liquid starting preheater;

- gate valve on the delivery branch pipe.

- standard suction line.

Indicative dimensions of the unit LxBxH are 5253х3053х2340. Mass of the minimum complete set 3700kg.
