JSC "HMS Livgidromash" - 50 years with Russian marine fleet

JSC «HMS Livgidromash» — is one of the leading machine-building enterprises in Russia and CIS countries which is specialized in manufacture of pumping equipment for different industries including shipbuilding. Since 2003 the company has been included into the structure system of the machine-building holding company JSC «HMS Group».

More than for fifty years the enterprise manufactures and delivers pumping equipment for military & civil shipbuilding industry. The produced pumps are widely used in different ship systems: life support systems, hydraulic installations, fuel pumping systems and are also applied for fuel filling of the deck-based aircrafts. All marine pumps are supplied with acceptance of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.

The main consumers of the pumps fabricated at the JSC «HMS Livgidromash» — are the largest ship-building enterprises of Russia, among which are the following ones: JSC «PO SEVMASH», JSC «Baltic Shipyard», JSC «Sudostroitelnyi Zavod Severnaya Verf», JSC «Astrahanskij Sudoremontnyj Zavod», SRZ «Nerpa», JSC «Amurskiy Sudostroitelnyi Zavod», JSC «Admiralty shipyards», JSC «Centre of ship repairs «Zvezdochka», JSC «Zelenodolskiy zavod named after A.M. Gorky» and many others.

The pump engineering enterprise has available the most developed production infrastructure, experimental & research base, scientific-technical centre that provides a way to carry out design developments, to perform the modernization of pumping equipment and to master production of new kinds of pumps in accordance with today's quality requirements. Thus the team of the company is capable to solve efficiently every problem concerning innovative activities and to provide equipment which is highly competitive with alternative hydraulic machines of foreign manufacture. It's quite essential for the company to be in keeping with increasing demands of the consumers.

Multipurpose production capabilities which are represented by modern foundry shops taken with powerful metal-processing complex equipped by numerically controlled machine tools: MITSUBISHI, HANKOOK, DOOSAN, GeorSpect SF make it possible for the JSC «HMS Livgidromash» to dominate on the market of pumping equipment.

The Quality Management System has been implemented at the enterprise since 2001, as evidenced by Certificates of conformity ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and SА 8000 granted by specialists of Russian Register as per International Standardization Practice.

The enterprise holds special licenses for design and pump manufacture, and also for training of personnel of industry specific specialties. The company directs efforts towards constant expansion of nomenclature of goods and technical quality improvement.
