To have our goods on order:

In order to place an order for pumping equipment of ”HMS Livgidromash” production you are to complete the relevant order form (all order forms) for the selected pump/equipment and sent it by fax +7 (48677) 7-80-99 or by email sbyt@hms-livgidromash.ru to the marketing & sales department.

To organize the order you can also made use of the special form:

Fixing orders on the website 

indicate the pumping equipment you are interested in (namely: type, quantity, completeness, modification, add. equipment, desirable conditions of delivery, payment and so on, further attach file with your company details, and files with required additional information) and press down "send". This request form also arrives for further handling by managers of marketing & sales department.

Payment for the orders:

Payment can be effected not only by cashless settlement but also by settlement in cash: 

• In cashless settlement: 
  
  You are requested to fill in the request form of your Company for purchase of pumping equipment and address it to the attention of Mr. Borodin S.D. – the First Deputy of the Managing Director, Director for Marketing & Sales, and forward it by fax +7 (48677) 7-80-99 or by email sbyt@hms-livgidromash.ru. 
  
  The request form shall contain business details of the Purchaser and convenient mode of shipment  (own collection, truck shipment by JSC "HMS Livgidromash", trucking companies , railway undertaking and so on). 
  Furthermore, our specialists will submit you the contract for delivery and invoice for payment for the equipment. Upon signing the delivery contract and payment done, the products will be shipped on time established by the Contract from the ”HMS Livgidromash” warehouse. 
  

• In settlement by cash:
  
  You are to come to our office located at the address: 231 Mira street, Livny, Orel region. It is necessary to complete the order form in the name of the company or private individual and perform payment in Russian rubles.

Service delivery :

The delivery is affected as follows:

all documents for shipment of goods are executed at the address: 231 Mira street, Livny, Orel region (entry on the left off the entrance gate checkpoint).Shipment is carried out from the warehouses of the enterprises. Travel directions  to the warehouse is placed on our website.
