The enterprise has mastered production of 96 standard sizes of diesel pumping units having a capacity from 10 up to 2100 m³/h, with a head ranging from 16 up to 450 m, with driving power from 10 up to 800 кW. The temperature of handled liquid – up to +95° С. Climatic version of the pump units - U or UXL, location category 2 - for the version U or 3.1 - for the version UXL, the range of air temperature during operation — minus 45+40° С.
In case of necessity the redesign and updating of the pumping units can be carried out in order to suit the requirements of particular Customer.

Diesel pumping units can be manufactured in different modifications, as follows:

• to be equipped with different pumps (1D, 1К, СМ, CN and so on.);
• to be fitted with diesel motors of home-made production and foreign manufacture as well (TMZ, YMZ, MMZ, Volvo Penta, Deutz and so on);
• to be fabricated in different climatic versions and location categories.

Depending on the production version the diesel pumping unit may be completed with:

• gas-jet vacuum apparatus;
• manual gate valve, typical suction line;
• automatic start-up system;
• hood against precipitations;
• liquid-type or electric starting preheater.

The system of control over diesel pumping units is made in two typical variants: manual control system and automatic control system on basis of the microprocessor controller.

The control system furnished with microprocessor controller makes it possible to operate the stand-by pumps and, besides, to perform automatic start-up and to control operation of the diesel drive.
