The manufacture of stage chamber vertical semisubmersible electric pumps of CSP type has been successfully developed

Centrifugal stage chamber semisubmersible pumps of CSP type and electric pump units on their base, are designed to pump from different reservoirs the oil and petrochemicals having a viscosity up to 36∙10–6 m2/s (36 сSt), with a content of solid inclusions not exceeding 1% by mass and 0,2 mm maximum in size, and in which the materials of flow passage do not admit linear velocity of continuous corrosion more than 0,1 mm/year as per GOST9.908-85.

Notes

1. Admissible production deviation for the head - 6%.

2. Maximum power of the pump is indicated for the maximum capacity within the operating range of the characteristic curve with allowance for the manufacturer's tolerance for the head + 6%.

3. Efficiency is given for the optimum performance within the operating range of the characteristic curve; production deviation of the pump efficiency is minus 3% abs.

4. Mass deviation is +5%. Opposite deviation is not quoted.
