Within the framework of mastering the large scale manufacture of energy effective cantilevered and close-coupled cantilevered pumps of new generation of Kordis (Кордис) series, the first batch of the said equipment was manufactured and forwarded to the storehouse; the following standard sizes were developed:

The cantilevered ”Kordis” pumps with a motor on the frame (pump units):

  • KN 150-125-250/269-220/4-01 (with el. motor of 22 кW, 1500 rpm): parameters Q = 290 m3/h,  H = 19 m.

  • KN 200-150-250/269-300/4-01 (with el. motor of 30 кW, 1500 rpm): parameters Q = 420 m3/h, H = 18 m.

The close-coupled cantilevered ”Kordis” pumps:

  • KMN 150-125-250/269-220/4-01 (with el. motor of 22 кW, 1500 rpm):  parameters Q = 290 m3/h, H =19 m.

  • KMN 200-150-250/269-300/4-01 (with el. motor of 30 кW, 1500 rpm): parameters Q = 420 m3/h, H = 18 m.

 

As to the technological capability and energy-saving characteristics, parameters ensured, the said Kordis electric pumps are highly competitive and match the best samples of the global leading manufacturers, and even significantly exceed them as for the cost price and quality characteristics. The type of the shaft sealing of the pumps – is the end-face seal.

 

At present the business plan covers the following types of the «Kordis» series:

The  close-coupled cantilevered ”Kordis” pumps:

  • KMN 65-50-160/174-022/4-01 (with motor of 2,2 кW, 1500rpm): parameters Q =40 m3/h,  H =10 m.

  • KMN 150-125-200/224-150/4-01 (with motor of 15,0 кW, 1500 rpm): parameters Q =260 m3/h,  H =13 m.

  • KMN 200-150-200/224-150/4-01 (with motor of 15,0 кW, 1500 rpm): parameters Q =370 m3/h,  H =10 m.

 

The close-coupled cantilevered ”Kordis” pumps with in-line branch pipes  :

  • KLN 32-160/176-007/4-01 (with motor of 0,75 кW, 1500 rpm) : parameters Q = 12 м3/h,  H = 8 m.

  • KLN 50-160/174-015/4-01 (with motor of 1,5 кW, 1500 rpm) : parameters Q = 25 m3/h,  H = 8 m.

  • KLN 65-160/174-022/4-01 (with motor of 2,2 кW, 1500 rpm) : parameters Q = 40 m3/h,  H = 8 m.

  • KLN 32-160/176-055/2-01 (with motor of 5,5 кW, 3000 rpm) : parameters Q =20 m3/h,  H =30 m.

  • KLN 50-160/174-110/2-01 (with motor of 11,0 кW, 3000 rpm) : parameters Q =50 m3/h,  H =35 m.

  • KLN 65-160/174-150/2-01 (with motor of 15,0 кW, 3000 rpm) : parameters Q =78 m3/h,  H =30 m.
